There's a new 6×6 board of letters every day. Try to use up all 36 of them by spelling words.
Tap letters that touch each other to spell a word of 3 or more letters. Touching includes diagonals. Hit Submit, and if it's a real word, those letters disappear.
Nothing slides in to fill the gaps. The board just gets emptier as you go, so a letter you leave cut off from everything else is stuck there.
Picked the wrong letter? Tap it again to back up. Undo takes back your last word.
Some letters start out frozen, with a striped icy look. You can see them but can't use them yet.
To thaw one, clear a word right next to it (diagonals count here too). So order matters. Play the words you can reach first, and they'll open up the rest of the board.
Long words pay much better. Two 6-letter words get you 24 points, while the same 12 letters as four 3-letter words get you 12.
Every board is built from a hidden set of words, and the target is what that set would score. If you beat it, you found a better route than the one the board was made from.
